What are you going to do?
As Operations- and Finance Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing our site in Lingen, Ems with focus on finance, production and supply chain management. The factory employs 67 employees and had a turnover of ~10mio€ in 2022.
The main tasks are to lead the local Financial- and Operations team with the ambition to develop the plant, built on a culture where we want to be better tomorrow than yesterday, enabling both short and long term success. One of your priorities is to develop and motivate your employees, as well as to create commitment and job satisfaction. As responsible for the local finance, it is important that you are analytical and strive to improve the financial processes and grounds your decision making on financial statements and factory KPIs. With support from the local team as well as from central resources, you are responsible for leading the development of the factory with LEAN production values, principles and tools as an important part of the journey. This position is located at our production site in Lingen, Ems and reports to the Operations Director.

In addition, we are searching for you with the following characteristics:
- Proven professional experience from Production Economy and / or Production Management
- At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant course of study (e.g. Business Administration, Production Management, etc. )
- Financial skills and knowledge, being able doing financial and KPI analysis to take decisions
- Proven professional experience from production development, built on LEAN values and principles
- Fluent language skills in German and English, spoken and written. The corporate language is English.
